Complete the "Apply Now" form on our website and upload a copy of the student's passport (bio-data page).
Start Your Application →KW Edu will register the NSISP online application and send it to your email within 1-2 business days.
Important: You must complete the NSISP application within 14 days. Incomplete applications are automatically deleted.
Fill out the detailed online application form and upload all required documents:
Submit the non-refundable application fee of $250 CAD. Applications are only processed after payment is received.
The NSISP administration will review your completed application and send an acceptance or refusal letter to KW Edu within 2-4 weeks.
Upon acceptance, you'll receive a Letter of Acceptance including your assigned Regional Centre for Education (RCE).
After receiving your Letter of Acceptance, pay the program fees and begin your study permit application and departure preparation.

Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and translated to English when required. Incomplete applications delay processing.

NSISP accepts applications year-round, but popular start dates (September, February) fill quickly. We recommend applying at least 3-4 months before your desired start date.
Official English proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL) are not required, but students will complete an online placement test to determine appropriate grade placement. Some students may receive ELL (English Language Learner) support upon arrival.
Yes, you can indicate regional preferences in your application. However, final placement is determined by NSISP based on school availability and fit. KW Edu will help identify the best options for your preferences.
While rare, if your application is refused, KW Edu will explain the reasons and discuss alternative options or improvements for future applications.
