Complete the "Apply Now" form on our website with the student's basic information. After submission, we will email you the process & fee guide and a link to submit a copy of the passport.

Important: You must complete the NSISP application within 14 days. Incomplete applications are automatically deleted.

The application fee amount and payment instructions are emailed by a KW Edu advisor after you submit the form. Applications are processed only after the fee is received, and the fee is non-refundable.
The NSISP administration will review your completed application and send an acceptance or refusal letter to KW Edu within 2-4 weeks.
Upon acceptance, you'll receive a Letter of Acceptance including your assigned Regional Centre for Education (RCE).
After receiving your Letter of Acceptance, pay the program fees and begin your study permit application and departure preparation.

NSISP accepts applications year-round, but popular start dates (September, February) fill quickly. We recommend applying at least 3-4 months before your desired start date.
Official English proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL) are not required, but students will complete an online placement test to determine appropriate grade placement. Some students may receive ELL (English Language Learner) support upon arrival.
No. The NSISP application has no field for a preferred region. The region (RCE/CSAP), school, and homestay are assigned by NSISP and the regional program based on availability and the application. You cannot request a specific region or school, and no specific placement can be guaranteed.
While rare, if your application is refused, KW Edu will explain the reasons and discuss alternative options or improvements for future applications.
