PLEASE REVIEW ALL APPLICATIONS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING FOR SPELLING ERRORS AND TO ENSURE THEY ARE COMPLETE! A CHARGE MAY APPLY TO APPLICATIONS IF THEY NEED TO BE CORRECTED BY NSISP ADMISSIONS.
The Nova Scotia International Student Program will only accept complete applications using our secure online application system. Mailed, emailed, or faxed applications are no longer accepted. Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be processed.
Before you begin the online application process, please make sure you have collected all the necessary information and documents. You will need the applicant’s complete information and the parent’s complete information. This includes names, birthdates, addresses, etc. Required and recommended documents (see below) must be submitted as PDF or JPEG files only and less than 5MB each. If any document is larger than 5MB, it has been scanned at too high a resolution and must be rescanned at a lower resolution before beginning the application process.
The application fee is non-refundable.
In order to submit an application, the documents listed below are required. If you do not upload these documents into the online application system, you cannot complete the application process. If you do not submit a complete application within fourteen (14) days the partial application will be automatically deleted.
The following documents are optional to send with the application. These documents assist us in making an admission decision should we require additional information. They must be submitted as single documents in PDF or JPEG files only and less than 5MB each.
UPDATE: New Participation Terms are effective June 2024. Please ensure these are downloaded and submitted, or applications may be returned.
The Medical Waiver is required if the student indicated the following in the Health Questions Section.

The Intention to Graduate Form is required if the student intends to graduate in Nova Scotia.
The Dyslexia Waiver is required if the student indicated Dyslexia in the Health Questions Section.
The Dyscalculia Waiver is required if the student indicated Dyscalculia in the Health Questions Section.
The Dysgraphia Waiver is required if the student indicated Dysgraphia in the Health Questions Section.
Before you apply, please make sure you have all the required information for the application process. You have fourteen (14) days to submit an application once you create a new application. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
